Untuk fakta masa lampau, past simple tense juga bisa digunakan untuk menjelaskan:
- ciri seseorang/sesuatu,
- sifat seseorang/sesuatu,
- kondisi seseorang/sesuatu.
Kalimat Positif:
- I + was + adjective
- /You/We/They + were + adjective
- He/She/It + was + adjective
Kalimat Negatif:
- I + was not (wasn’t) + adjective
- /You/We/They + were not (weren’t) + adjective
- He/She/It + was not (wasn’t) + adjective
Kalimat Tanya:
